Justice Raymond Zondo has ordered the NPA to recover lost funds from those who benefited from illegal deals at these airlines.SA Express was under scrutiny at the state capture inquiry for questionable contracts and suspicious payments.
Investigate for the what? How about NPA should arrest, prosecute and incarcerate these criminals.
