Tunisia boss Mondher Kebaier has criticised Zambian referee Janny Sikazwe who controversially ended the match twice prematurely.Mali secured three points during Wednesday’s Group F clash against the North African nation but the result was clouded by the referee’s decisions. Sikazwe initially blew for full-time in the 85th minute, which led to an angry backlash from the Tunisian players and coaching staff before the official eventually recognised his error.
However, the dispute did not stop there as the referee resumed the match but then blew for full-time in the 89th minute, sparking more outrage from Tunisia who were trailing the game.Mali coach Mohamed Magassouba's post-match press conference was reportedly interrupted as it was announced that the final three minutes of the tie would be played but the Tunisian appeared to refuse to return to the pitch to play the remainder of the game.
🤣🤣🤣🤣
African football will never be taken seriously!!!
