Cape Town - The ANC has retained its controversial figures implicated in lying under oath, corruption and state capture on the MP list for the 6th Parliament, despite public outcry.

She has of late been embroiled in corruption allegations dating from her time as water and sanitation minister. She is accused of leaving the water department in a financial mess. Former Social Development minister Bathabile Dlamini has also featured on the party's list to represent ordinary citizens in the 6th Parliament. In the FireBlade Aviation matter, the Constitutional Court ruled that Dlamini had withheld information from the court, and that the National Prosecuting Authority should determine whether she should be prosecuted for perjury.

In the Fireblade Aviation matter, the Gauteng High Court found that Gigaba had lied under oath during his tenure as Minister of Home Affairs. He appealed the matter before both the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. The matter was dismissed with costs.

It’s MYANC 😏

I thought we all knew this before the elections and the majority of us still chose to vote ANC. Why do you think it will be news now?

Mara Malusi......

The ANC is a disaster waiting to happen but has happened already... oxymoronic sort of....

What were you expecting mfximmm!!!

The anc shows us a middle finger, that corruption is part of their DNA they have created this condition and empowered their members to loot public money.

Is this travesty of justice true?

Good to see that the Bosasa (Watson) and Gupta interests will still be taken care of under CyrilRamaphosa’s New Dawn.
