, tried to profit from the pain of parents, by calling the deadly 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting a hoax.

The leader of the lying world, Donald Trump, undermines the very basis of democracy by insisting that he won a presidential election which he decisively lost. Almost half of America believe it. If he says that the earth is flat, or that “Nambia” is an island in the Pacific, his cult followers will believe him. Even former German Chancellor Angela Merkel expressed dismay when social media platforms prohibited his claims and insults.

Does China pose an alternative? Since the 1970s it has successfully lifted millions of people out of poverty and thus met considerable social and economic rights demands. It sometimes claims to have its own “narrative of democracy”. Not having participated in making the rules for the present world order, it is not bound thereby, one also hears.

So then, where to? The world should take human rights seriously and tell those who don’t that we will not do business or play sport with them. In doing so, we must realise that rights can and must be limited in the interest of competing rights, provided that the limitation is reasonable and proportional to its legitimate purpose.

The world needs to take human rights seriouslyThe world needs to take human rights seriously - Freedom of conscience and movement cannot be used as a reason not to wear a mask or to be vaccinated Why don't u say that to a looting gov't with a miserably corrupt media bent on treason? Since we are on human rights, hear this now, any move to mandate any vaccine on our pple will be deemed as high treason. The people will not go to court, but bring the entire system to an end Why not? The so-called vaccine doesn't work, doesn't stop transmission.
