Africa Day Groove gathers people on May 25 at the Soweto Theatre Complex to break bread over music, art and literature from across the continent. This and more, in the Weekend Guide.

The Durban Art Gallery and Alliance Française present a series of watercolour portraits by the 2017 Gerard Sekoto award winner, Banele Khoza, which reflect on the complex nature of love and the importance of acknowledging one’s desires while doing so.The exhibition is on until June 21 at Alliance Française de Durban, 22 Sutton Crescent, Morningside, Berea.
