Following the daprture of Vuyo Mere at Swallows FC, the Siya crew has been led to believe that the future of a midfielder at the club is uncertain.

Mere penned an emotional goodbye message to the Dube Birds on his Instagram account and he could be joined by midfielder Thandani Ntshumayelo. The midfielder affectionately known as 'Bibo' signed a one-year deal with the club. Ntshumayelo has had to work hard to get to full fitness, but has not been able to break his way into the team.

Since the appointment of Dylan Kerr has head coach, the former Orlando Pirates and SuperSport United has not featured in the 18-man matchday squad and Siya sources have indicated that he could be heading out earlier than expected at the club. Swallows, who are in 14th place, returned to training earlier this week to start preparing for the last few months of the season and will be hoping to move up the standings when Premiership football returns in February.
