Tavern tragedy | EC Dept of Health comments

The circumstances leading to the death of 21 teenagers at a tavern in East London are not yet known. Four children are still in hospital and some bodies are yet to be identified. The spokesperson for the Eastern Cape Department of Health, Siyanda Manana, discussed the case with eNCA's Anlie Hattingh.
