The attorney for the Laundrie family said that the"probability is strong" that the human remains found on Wednesday are that of Brian Laundrie.The 23-year-old is a"person of interest" in the case of his fianceé, Gabby Petito, who was found dead at the Spread Creek Dispersed Campground in Bridger-Teton National Forest in western Wyoming.
According to the attorney, Chris stumbled upon a"dry bag" and was later informed that police also found a backpack in the reserve as well as the human remains. Chris and Roberta were then asked to leave the reserve, Bertolino said. "They [police] met them at the gate, somewhere nearby, they walked in with them, and more importantly, this is what I said, fortunately for the Laundries the press was following them in the whole time."
Brian Laundrie, who is a"person of interest" in the case of his fianceé Gabby Petito, was reported missing on 17 September.
