There was news about this possibility months ago and no one chose to say anything. Things like these will never stop if we only try to stop them after they are happening. NERSA did take all email into consideration (relied to mine). We need to be more proactive not reactive...

It's not fair.... in my area in Pretoria loadshedding is almost every third hour and I am up to date with my payments and I am not complaining what makes Soweto special.
