If challenges to a possible vaccine mandate head to court, a court will examine the evidence put up by reputable scientists in promoting the community's health. The evidence is overwhelmingly in favour of widespread vaccination, writes Serjeant at the Bar.

The justification for ensuring that employees must be vaccinated is to be found in the overwhelming evidence provided by the scientific community concerning the efficacy of Covid-19 vaccines, writes the author.

If challenges to a possible vaccine mandate head to court, a court will examine the evidence put up by reputable scientists as to the effect and consequences of a vaccine dispensation in promoting the community's public health at large.

Making this mandatory will only see a period of the most violent & bloody up-rise in SA, the worse in SA History, as the majority of SA people are against the vaccine (only 23% of SA have accepted vaccination)
