The justification for ensuring that employees must be vaccinated is to be found in the overwhelming evidence provided by the scientific community concerning the efficacy of Covid-19 vaccines, writes the author.
If challenges to a possible vaccine mandate head to court, a court will examine the evidence put up by reputable scientists as to the effect and consequences of a vaccine dispensation in promoting the community's public health at large.
Making this mandatory will only see a period of the most violent & bloody up-rise in SA, the worse in SA History, as the majority of SA people are against the vaccine (only 23% of SA have accepted vaccination)
If this is allowed to be 'mandated' against the bill of rights, it will set a new legal precedent in law of 'How to bypass SA Constitution & Bill of Rights' Just IMAGINE what next Gov will implement, using the 'for the greater good' to bypass SA Constitution & Bill of Rights!
