shouldn't you have performance agreement PRIOR to taking up a job? Ke boletsa mongwe.....

What good will performance agreements do if question of whether ministers get fired or not rests on ANC internal politics and balance of forces in there vs whether they performed or not? Performance agreements mean nothing without consequence framework attached to them. SONA2020

Will there be feedback on those plans ?If they worked or we will have a commission of Enquiry for recommendations which will just fall with in the cracks ?
