Postbank apologises for social grants delay | Benoni City Times

SASSA beneficiaries expressed frustration after they could not access their payments on September 5 because of system glitches.

The bank said its technical challenges have also affected some SASSA Social Relief of Distress R350 withdrawals within retailers. They are working around the clock to resolve the issue. “We apologise unreservedly to all our customers. Postbank will advise as soon as we resolve the technical issue,” the statement reads.
