The CCMA ruling drew sharp debate, with some backing the woman and others claiming she should have followed the vaccination policy of her employer.

The company said the policy was formulated after consultation with employees and unions over three months, and after the benefits of vaccination were explained to staff. Mulderij said it was her constitutional right to be exempted from vaccination and she had a personal fear about possible vaccine side-effects. She said while she accepted the choice of others to be inoculated, she wanted the same respect to be given to her.

Read the award, it will not stand in a court is law if tested. Employers should be very careful, it will backfire!

It's clear the CCMA knows nothing about the virus or human rights. If the did they have known that 78% of new infections in Italy yesterday were fully vaccinated.

Of course not … they must stop trying to be GOD !

The CCMA adjudicator bases his decision on the notion that 'Vaccines don't only protect the individual, but also protect other employees as well from the individual!'! But we now know that this notion IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! Omicron has nullified this notion completely!

So these Employers literally own us if they can just decide to put some strange bio chemical in our bodies or we will go to bed without food not only us but with our kids🤔

The woman must appeal the case until constitutional court that decision will be reversed I'm telling

I total disagree but I know it won’t make any different, What must be known is , if those vaccines give people challenges of their health, those people will be on their own I was vaccinated then I suffered; alone.
