The gloves are off with actress Amanda du Pont and podcaster MacGyver “MacG” Mukwevho taking legal action against each other. Amanda has served MacG with court papers after his lawyers summoned her to apologise for falsely accusing him of rape and requested a “round table meeting”. In the legal papers that have been circulating on social media since Monday, Amanda's legal representatives said the actress refuses to apologise for the remarks she made in a statement she shared on her social pages after the airing of the Jub Jub episode on“Your clients proceeded to laugh with Mr Maarohanye about the latter's plan to take our client's virginity ... your clients' above conduct constituted civil injuria as well as crimen injuria against our client.
“Our client will not make the public apology you have demanded whether today or ever. Our client will also not comply with any of your clients' other demands.”[READ] Amanda du Pont has responded to MacG via her attorney and made it categorically clear she will NEVER apologise for how he featured in her video remarks.
I'm sure she will retract her rape accusation.

What action has AmandaDupont taken against MacGUnleashed ? The person whom Amanda should be taking legal action against is Jub hub, MacG he was interviewing jub jub and he didn't know what happend between them back there. She's getting crossed to the wrong person

What is her case though? At no point did Jub Jub say he raped her on the show. How was MacG supposed to know? This is ridiculous. MacG is not a sangoma? One could say the word ‘smashed’ was inappropriate, but it’s a slang, it’s not an insult.
How are we supposed to keep on sympathising with her when she does this?
