There are many things here that need to be explained and the first one is that people confuse what is called a pass mark with a pass rate so the pass rate is something else that is the aggregate result of learners in the country as announced by the minister to say in this year, the pass rate of 2021 is the following and that is what we are talking about and that is a separate issue altogether.
The Basic Education Department says there is confusion between a pass mark and a pass rate. It says there's no such thing as a 30% pass rate.

i have been very fruitful ever since i have been investing with williamchurch09. contacted mr william after series of testimonies i saw online, i took courage and started investing with him. i have made my third withdrawal which are ten times the initial investment.
That would mean that there is 70% of the ciriculum that students did not understand.
We should look ourselves in the mirror - among us, there are those who obtained 33.3% for a subject in Matric with low symbols like F-S and EE-S. Today, they act like they got B-M or C-M and demand 35+ APS from their children. Hypocrisy.

By now, anyone who does not know that 30% applies to one subject, and Gr 12 learners still have to attain high APS scores to be accepted at varsity, is disingenuous.
