The decision on May 1 by the Court of Arbitration for Sport in Switzerland, means female athletes with elevated testosterone will have to take suppressive treatment if they wish to compete as women in certain events. "The onus is on the athletes to ensure they do not agree to attend meetings or put themselves forward for events they are not eligible to compete in," Stockholm meeting director Jan Kowalski said.
