Pirates announced last month that Zungu will spend the 2022/23 season with the newly-promoted KwaZulu-Natal-based outfit, in hopes to revive his career.The 26-year-old made just one domestic appearance for Pirates last season and was left out of the squad completely for most of the campaign.
"Sometimes things happen, you get a lot of frustration and end up having depression, which makes you do things and I don't want to talk about it, for now, it is personal but now I'm okay and want to play football,” Zungu told the media.
