The union is not happy with the government's failure to implement a 2018 wage increase that would have taken effect on Wednesday.The union's Deputy General Secretary, December Mavuso said the government should honour the agreement. Nehawu has the right to strike, but this is not the time. NO STRIKE. NEGOTIATE & NEGTIATE. Here is a lesson, politicians have displayed maturity and put opposition politics aside. We support protection of workers but we must be responsible.
