AFPJOHANNESBURG - Businessman Patrice Motsepe has pledged a billion rand to help combat COVID-19 in South Africa.Motsepe held a media briefing together with their business partners, including Sanlam, African Rainbow Capital as well as African Rainbow Minerals.
