More suspects arrested for R56m car markings tender eNCA

JOHANNESBURG - Three more suspects have been arrested in connection with a R56-million tender fraud case.

They include a senior member of the SAPS and an administrative employee working in the supply chain management division.Police also arrested three civilians, two of whom were initially arrested in June and released on R5,000 bail. They have now been rearrested after authorities found they lied under oath about not having previous convictions.

The suspects will appear in court on Monday on charges including fraud, corruption, money laundering and perjury.
