Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Jabulani Mendu has identified two things Siyethemba Sithebe needs to improve, amid talks of a move to Naturena.

The AmaZulu midfielder is believed to be close to a move to Amakhosi in this transfer window, Mendu believes that the certain aspects of the player's game needs to improve. "He is good player. He is a box-to-box midfielder and very talented but the biggest challenge is that he will need someone like Makhehleni Makhaula to protect him," Mendu told the Siya crew."Coach Benni McCarthy really exposed lots of things about him and made him shine by using him alongside Makhaula. Now the question is, can he get the same support at Chiefs?

"If he ends up at Chiefs, he will need someone to protect him and he will need to improve on his scoring. I believe with Keagan Dolly and Khama Billiat, he will definitely improve." Mendu is confident that despite those challenges, Sithebe will be a good acquisition for the Glamour Boys. "A top player that will be a good signing. He just needs a few things to improve. Definitely a good addition for the club, if he joins."
