Some are very bold with their views so how he may have missed it, I don't know For the first time, I can agree with Ramaphosa about something. Where has he been all along? We want those academics out if they don't posses scarce skills, we can't be employing foreign national over our people because we fear being called Xenophobic. Our people can't be subjected to poverty just to please the world, these immigrants have their own Countries.
