Magashule can't act unilaterally: Mabe

ANC Secretary General Ace Magashule has apparently suspended party President Cyril Rampaphosa. That's after Magashule himself was suspended. ANC Spokesperson, Pule Mabe clarifies. That's after reports that Ace Magashule has issued a suspension letter to party President Cyril Ramaphosa.Mabe says any decision regarding a suspension should come from the National Executive Committee not an individual.
