Low-grade civil war is playing out in NCCC and Cabinet, claims DA
This comes after Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma cancelled two national briefings this week regarding how Level 3 lockdown will be implemented.
This comes after Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma has delayed two national briefings this week regarding how Level 3 lockdown will be implemented, and in particular, which businesses will be allowed to operate, and how they will be affected.
“We have now been subjected to two successive cancellations where South Africans would be told what life would be like under Level 3,” said DA MP Dean Macpherson in a statement on Wednesday.Macpherson said should the government have a press conference by Thursday, the matter would leave businesses and workers with one working day’s notice on how they should proceed when the country moves to Level 3 on 1 June.
“This is simply not good enough as many question marks remain regarding health protocols for each sector and trading hours for the liquor industry.“These protocols may be complex and require time to implement in many industries. To give such short notice may render many sectors unable to open due to lack of compliance,” he said.

“The ministers and president can not agree on what the regulations should look like is now abundantly obvious while the country is left wondering what Monday may look like.Without firm leadership by the president and a good session of ‘bashing heads’ together in the command council, South Africans will remain at the mercy of inept and incompetent ministers who are charged with putting these regulations together.
“As each day passes, the contempt that this government has for the country and those trying to protect their livelihoods becomes more apparent,” he said.Macpherson concluded saying that it was critical that thee regulations were released immediately and the needs of the country were put above the disagreements within government.Read more: The Citizen News »

Well..it is defenetally showing in their lack of leadership..... Confusion We have a problem. We do not know what we are doing Don’t try to divide the people. There is nothing of that kind, you just wish it can happen. Just an observation from a concerned citizen, female praying mantis and black widow spiders are notorious for their tendency to kill and eat males before, during or after certain rituals. Zuma Faction vs Ramaphosa Faction ... That is what they are wishing for but in the meantime ANC is governing the country and people must allow them that space DeanMacpherson Internecine? SA's politics dictates by factionalism, tribalism, superstition, 'collectivism', superstition, fear. CR (Venda), NDZ (Zulu), JSM (Pedi) - 'outsider' - writing his 'welcome back home speech' while being fitted for his Emperor's new clothes. Trade Unions the referees.
ALETTAHA Would not surprise most people hence the chaos in any decisions made by them DeanMacpherson It is not at ALL 'low-grade'. It is an all-out, win-at-all-costs, fight-to-the-death. But, nobody say anything, because... 'ANC unity' is paramount. DeanMacpherson Incase you’re still unsure, Ramaphosa- you are the president of this country... to hell with those incompetent ministers...
Meanwhile 🤣 you don’t say ...

POLL | Should government allow sit-downs in restaurants under level 3 lockdown?President Ramaphosa said sit-ins at restaurants will not be allowed under lockdown level three. No Is this even a valid question honestly, it's a goddamn pandemic. I think so as long as social distancing is observed. Numbers can be observed as others will buy and eat at home. Check that the number of staff +customers make 50 before being fined for having 50+1. Hopefully so. Taverns will be like that. So, food! It must be. Hope is healthy!
