ArthurBrown02 errors like these will be fatal... With that kind of power...

alfred_cabonena ... This is why we cannot trust our law for the death penalty... With all the technology we have... We don't have the will nor skill.... u see the stats.. imagine giving this power to them...🙈

SAPS again evidence evidence evidence, justice system experiencing turmoil

A gross injustice. Reason number 1001 why the death penalty must never be reinstated. The innocent can never be brought back to life.

He shouldn't take legal action. We're broke and can't afford to pay him. He should love his country and take this in the stomach for the team

He must sue them big time fo lost time, physical n mental torture

Considers? He should do it there's nothing to consider

Going to jail for crimes you didn't commit has got to be in the top 3 WORST😣!

Wrongful arrest can break you into pieces that can't be mended.

Terrible thing to happen to someone. So sorry man

Sue the state R160 million 😁

He must sue the judges who put him away as well as the state.

Such flawed Justice System

I would

16 years? He definitely need to sue the state.

Will the case be re-opened again? Surely the murderer have been walking the streets for 16 years while this man was in jail...Will the police go looking for the real culprit this time?

He should. It is terrible.

And yet some dumkops keep asking for death sentence

Sibusiso you have been given a raw deal yes sue the state! No amount of money will ever recompense your for your loss. But you now need to live in comfort with your family. Our corrupt justice system continues those that have raped our country are still free ?

Still not gonna get those 16 years back but getting paid won't hurt

A woman was definitely involved in this case, it can only be that way an innocent man can be thrown right into jail in this country regardless

Sue brother.

'Consider? He better sue them for millions.

That's why death penalty will never work in this country.

Incompetence is a curse on society. Now we have people calling for the death penalty, which would work, but only in a society where excellence is a culture.

It took 16 years before that choice?
