With just under six months left of his contract in Turkey, South African striker Dino Ndlovu will be hoping to make a return as soon as possible to finish the campaign on a high with his club Kocaelispor.

Ndlovu joined the club before the start of the campaign after spending a few months in South Africa without a club, following his exit from Chinese second tier club Zhejiang Energy Greentown. He signed a one-year deal with the club and, after a slow start in front of goal, the former Mpumalanga Black Aces and SuperSport United started banging in the goals for fun, finding the back of the net nine times in 12 appearances.

At this stage, the Siya crew understands that there are no talks of what's going to happen with the player after June 2022, as Ndlovu will be focused on regaining his form after recovering from injury. Kocaelispor started the season fairly well, but have dropped to the bottom half of the table in recent times without their top goalscorer. The attacker's presence has certainly been missed and the club will have its hopes pinned on their star player for the rest of the campaign.
