Three anonymous witnesses appeared before the state capture commission of inquiry and provided evidence implicating former Transnet bosses and former Public Enterprises Minister Malusi Gigaba in alleg

ations of state capture.

The three witnesses were former bodyguards and drivers of Gigaba, Brian Molefe, Anoj Singh, and Siyabonga Gama and have detailed the visits they made at the Gupta family properties.
