Duduzane Zuma is on trial for culpable homicide after a woman was killed when his Porsche 911 crashed into a minibus taxi in 2014.
On his first day at the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Tuesday, the driver of the minibus taxi that was involved in the collision with Zuma's Porsche, Vusi Dlamini, took the witness stand. One of the passengers in the taxi, Matron Noni Mdakane, also testified, as did Porsche employee Jacques Cronjé and climatologist Mthobisi Nxumalo.
Van Loggerenberg said the accident that claimed the life of 30-year-old Dube could have been a result of human error. The expert said he did not recall any pool of water on the road while making his way to the accident scene.
If the SOB is found guilty, he will get a fine of no more than a R1000. The system is rigged. Don't believe me? One word, SAHRC
Let justice be done for the bereaved families
