Why would you want a population that's educated and intelligent? You cannot rule them properly or get away with the things they did for the past 27+ years. They have a solution, we have it to them, they agreed to implement but only if we can do side deals ANC is enjoying over crowded classes. Some township schools were merged & some closed. Facilities are dilapidating,1 day those schools will be reused & tenders will be issued for repairs. That's how systemic corruption is done.

The anc has been terrible;the education is worse than Bantu education ;the hospitals are dysfunctional and overcrowded, with the whole of Zimbabwe using our hospitals for free! Definitely!
