So BCEA prescribes for 1 man An avg of 12 days sick leave, 21days leave pa, 3 days family responsibility (all paid) + this nonsensical 10 days = 45 work days. Add 5 extra strike days pa. Then we wonder why RSA economy is not growing? Kk
