Those who waste electricity don’t pay for it. It is the same for those who waste water. Those of us paying for water and electricity use it wisely because at the end of the month we will pay for what we use. Andre either ignorant or being political.

If there is an electricity increase more then the inflation rate then Eskom and Local Municipality can keep their power. I will not pay while many get free electricity by way of illegal connections. Their is alternatives and you do not need power from Eskom.
