Parliament is racing against the clock to give effect to a Constitutional Court ruling that will allow independents to be elected as National Assembly MPs.

WATCH:It will avoid MPs being elected directly from constituencies.The bill was presented to Parliament on Tuesday by Home Affairs Minister Aaron Motsoaledi.
