Almost two months after it was ordered by the health regulator to return an unregistered Covid-19 drug obtained from Cuba at a cost of more than R100m, the SA National Defence Force has complied.

It’s 12k kilometres between SA and Cuba. How does an unregistered drug travel that far and no one knowing it won’t be allowed in? 100 million rands later, it is travelling back with no sign of a refund. Looting hasn’t stopped, they just threw in xenophobia for destruction.
So why was it returned and who will be held responsible and who will be prosecuted?
