JOHANNESBURG - The City of Johannesburg officially launched the public participation process which could lead to the renaming of William Nicol Drive to Winnie Madikizela-Mandela.The city said the renaming will symbolise the contribution she made.
No need there is a huge backlog in service delivery across the city to be addressed
The can't build houses and fix roads but they want to rename a road that will still be know after it changed
Name change won't bring service delivery ,we need to rebuild this broken Country not to misuse public money on day light dreams
