The majority of Constitutional Court justices dismissed former president Jacob Zuma's rescission application. Zuma wanted the apex court to overturn its earlier judgment to jail him for contempt. JUST IN: Concourt to hand down Zuma rescission judgment on FridayIn his application, Zuma and his legal team argued that his jailing for 15 months at Estcourt Prison for contempt of the same court, the instruction of which to appear before the State Capture Commission he had defied, was unlawful.
