Club President sheds light on Bradley Carnell coup

After appointing Bafana Bafana legend Bradley Carnell as St. Louis City’s head coach, the club’s President and CEO has broken her silence on the spectacular move.Carnell was handpicked to lead the new Major League Soccer franchise that will be making their debut in the 2023 season, giving the young coach well over a year to assemble a formidable team that will shake the foundations of the MLS.

“Several clubs have shown interest in his talents, so we knew we had to move quickly to bring him to St. Louis,” she told the club’s media department. “I am grateful to be a part of the St. Louis City family, a team where I can help build something special in a city that is already so passionate about soccer,” he said.
