Chelsea have reportedly reached an agreement to sign a Brazil star who is also a transfer target for FC Barcelona.
The London outfit is currently going through a transitional phase, whereby a few prominent members of the club will not continue in their roles under the new Todd Boehly-led ownership.
According to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Premier League side Leeds United have accepted Chelsea's bid to sign their winger Raphinha. The Brazil star was rumoured to be headed to Barcelona, while Arsenal were also understood to be in the race to secure the player's services. However, it seems Chelsea have won the race for Raphinha's signature, with Leeds believed to have accepted a bid in the region of £60 to £65 million , including add-ons, for the player.It is reported that new owner Boehly is overseeing the negotiations, and talks are now ongoing with the player's agent Deco regarding personal terms.
