Banyana Banyana are expecting a heroes send-off. They leave South Africa this morning to represent the country at the Fifa World Cup which start in June.
Safa has pledged their support and believes the squad can reach the last 16 of the 24-team tournament.
They won't go far though
But Banyana should be getting more as they are playing World Cup and Bafana is playing Continental tournament. But then I guess we are going somewher
Only national female team that would beat there male counterparts... and maybe China
Reduce bafana bafana’s. Banyana should earn more 😏😏😏
Banyana_Banyana congratulations. We will keep the pressure until you earn equal pay for equal work. All the best!!! With love.

Great news
I do not mean to be a wet blanket, but why is now that Bafana is a lost cause, South African Football starts to pay attention to Banyana who has been consistent for the longest of time, growing from strength to strength🤔
Am truly delighted to hear this news!
You people ignored our media invite when we went to raise the issue with SAFA. Power to the BLF_SouthAfrica for fighting a good battle, ignored by many! BLFvictory
At last the prayers had been heard.
dangling carrots... good luck in trying to get a bite..
Well done on finally acknowledging the National Women Soccer team's worth but why do we as South Africans ALWAYS make money an issue before any global tournament. Even before we kick a ball it's about money? In general, our national teams must be rewarded but Where's the pride?
This is brilliant...

Banyana players could earn almost R1m each at the Women's World CupBafana and Banyana would for the first time earn the same amounts when they participate in the Fifa Women’s World Cup and in the Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) respectively. Is much better for the Ladies National Team coz as for our guys we know that they will be eliminated at group stages....with 3 points beating Namibia only Applause to SAFA_net for the good heart shown to Banyana, but I would like to say that we shouldn't compare ladies and gents football as it is a different ballgame (figuratively speaking). Banyana might be good but never put a measure of comparison to Bafana. SasolSA nice
