Bafana Bafana star Percy Tau tests positive for Covid-19

The reigning African champions appear set to be without talisman Percy Tau when the club opens its campaign in the inaugural edition of the Egyptian League Cup againstAhly's team doctor Ahmed Abu Abla confirmed on Sunday that Tau is one of five players who have tested positive for the coronavirus alongside Luís Miquissone, Ahmed Nabil"Koka" Ahmed Abdelkader and Yasser Ibrahim.

Tau has been one of the Team of the Century's star performers this season and has scored five goals in eight appearances across all competitions since joining the club from Brighton & Hove Albion at the start of the campaign.
