Banks scrapped so-called Saswitch charges in April to encourage social distancing and stop clients from travelling long distances to their banks.

This is a rip-off of clients. Network service already there customers charged twice why? Where is the Competition Commission when financial institutions collude to swindle funds of clients?

Plus charges for online statements.
