Analysis: Ramaphosa shakes off Zuma’s spectre, sets the tone for a constitutionalist presidency

There is nothing dignified about the architecture of the Loftus Versfeld rugby stadium. We are now called upon to implement our manifesto,” he said, adding: “The dreams and hopes of all the people of our country must be fulfilled.
