ICYMI: After 30 applications, Manenberg woman with Master's degree overjoyed to get her dream job

Cape Town – Manenberg The 29-year-old had obtained her Master’s degree in Visual Studies from Stellenbosch University, and this week shared her story with the Cape Times on how she struggled to find a job, even after completing more than 30 job applications over the past two years.

“The response has been overwhelming. I’ve been getting phone calls, emails, messages, I have not been able to put my phone down. I’ve actually struggled to keep up with responses,” she said yesterday.She went for an interview on Wednesday, and was offered a permanent job yesterday.
