Sauna rooms have made their way in spas and gyms around the world. How does it work and what are the benefits?

Clinical Effects of Regular Dry Sauna Bathing: A Systematic Review,in a temperature range “from around 80°C to 100°C, with a humidity level from around 10% to 20%”.

However, scientists and researchers noted the need for more evidence to determine whether saunas can be recommended for specific clinical conditions, at what temperature the sauna is most effective and what frequency and duration of sauna-bathing produces optimal results. Laukkanen and Kunutsor also found that “Sauna bathing is a pleasurable recreational activity and has a good safety profile, and most people in generally good health can tolerate a typical hot and dry Finnish sauna”.
