  • Singer Christina Aguilera has expressed support for Britney Spears, saying she "couldn't be happier" for the Baby One More Time singer.
  • Speaking on The Enrique Santos Show, Christina was asked about whether she had been in contact with Britney or if she would share any advice with the star who was released from a 13-year conservatorship in 2021.
  • "I will just say what I do feel comfortable saying, as I've said before actually and stated that I couldn't be happier for her," Christina said.

Christina Aguilera has once again shown her support for fellow former Disney Mickey Mouse Club member Britney Spears, saying she "couldn't be happier" for the Baby One More Time singer.

Speaking on The Enrique Santos Show, Christina was asked about whether she had been in contact with Britney or if she would share any advice with the star who was released from a 13-year conservatorship in 2021.

"I would love to, I will always be open to that. It's a subject that I definitely want to be careful of because I'd never want to speak out of turn about somebody that I have so much respect and admiration for," Christina said.

The Beautiful singer added that she was "so happy" for Britney. "I will just say what I do feel comfortable saying, as I've said before actually and stated that I couldn't be happier for her. Every woman deserves to feel empowered and to own that for themselves, however they see fit."

About growing up in the entertainment industry, Christina described it as "freakin' crazy".

"And so, you know, if anybody gets that and understands what that means at that time coming up, you know, it definitely would be her [Britney] and I. So I will always be here to reach out to," she said.
