Chris Evans is going to infinity and beyond.
The Captain America actor will voice Buzz Lightyear in the Toy Story spin-off Lightyear. Tim Allen previously voiced the character in the Toy Story films.
According to the official teaser, the film is the definitive origin story of Buzz Lightyear—the hero who inspired the toy—introducing the legendary Space Ranger who would win generations of fans.
The 40-year-old shared the teaser set to David Bowie's iconic song, Starman, on Twitter.
Alongside the clip, he wrote: "I'm covered in goosebumps. And will be every time I watch this trailer. Or hear a Bowie song. Or have any thought whatsoever between now and July cause nothing has ever made me feel more joy and gratitude than knowing I'm a part of this, and it's basically always on my mind."

In another tweet, he shared that animated movies were an enormous part of his childhood.
