A team of liquidators have taken legal action against the ANC in an attempt to retrieve R3.6 million paid to the governing party by African Global Operations, formerly Bosasa.

Four insolvency practitioners, Ralph Farrel Lutchman, Cloete Murray, Tania Oosthuizen and Milani Becker, filed papers at the Johannesburg High Court this week in an effort to reclaim what they see as “voidable dispositions” paid to the ANC in 2014.
