Suspended ANC secretary-general Ace Magashule says he does not fear being expelled for taking his organisation to court because he exhausted all internal processes before embarking on that route.

Magashule served papers to the governing party in a bid to reverse his temporary removal from office and instead confirm his failed attempt to suspend President Cyril Ramaphosa.
