19-year-old Marcellis Stinnette was killed and the mother of his child, Tafarra Williams, was wounded when an officer opened fire in Waukegan, Ill., Oct. 20, 2020. In a written statement, police officials said that both officers involved in the incident are five-year veterans of the department. Officials noted that the officer who opened fire on the couple is Hispanic and the officer who initiated the suspicious-vehicle investigation is white.

People have a right to protest. You shouldnt fear it. You should celebrate it.
I like how the headline is that they were unarmed, which most will just go off of. Yet, the actual story is that the car was reversing towards the officer after he pulled them over. So, yeah, totally wasn’t trying to run over the cop or anything.
