.released on Tuesday, the first qualifying poll to be released in nearly two weeks, leaving him still just shy of qualifying for the December debate.Yang needs to hit 4 percent in one more poll approved by the Democratic National Committee by the end of the day on Thursday, giving the outsider candidate a bit over 60 hours to make it on stage. Yang has now hit 3 percent in 12 of the 25 December qualifying polls released so far.
Biden, Sanders and Buttigieg were roughly stable, compared to the results of a November Monmouth national poll. Warren saw a modest drop, and this is the first time Bloomberg was included in a Monmouth poll since the beginning of 2019, before he initially ruled out a presidential run. "For a number of reasons, I have decided not to attend the December 19th 'debate' — regardless of whether or not there are qualifying polls," she tweeted on Monday. "I instead choose to spend that precious time directly meeting with and hearing from the people of New Hampshire and South Carolina."
- Absolute garbage click-bait headline. F-n shameful. Trump is right about one thing, main stream media is absolutely fake and useless. And I can't stand that POS.
What an absolute 'click-bait' S-show of a headline. The article actually reads — 'Yang *had come* tantalizingly close to qualifying *before*' He qualified people, this headline wants you to think he didn't, so you click, because they know people are on this now and excited.
Umm, bi-polar? The article says the exact opposite...
Except that he qualified and didn't fall short. What even is this tweet?
Can’t pull my Yang anymore
Don’t give up AndrewYang
I would also say that if the man has hit 3 percent in every poll, then given the huge margins of errors on these polls, the DNC should give him the benefit of the doubt on this as a one time thing.
Geez what has AY done to deserve the negative comments I see? Never Yang? You don't have to agree with his positions, but of all the candidates in the race, he and Klobuchar are the most inoffensive, and Andrew Yang the nicest by far. I can't honestly get the antipathy.
Oh well, he can run as Pete's VP.
He is not a serious candidate.
Good. Waste of time.
So now we are gonna hear him bitch and moan? He can be like Tulsi and just declare you aren’t going before the whole thing starts.
How is he still in the race? He’s funny but nowhere near presidential material.
Awwwwwww
That guy needs to be on that stage. Has great ideas, and is a genuinely decent human being.
