May not be a first time shooter. I implore the media to research of those arrested for violent crimes, how many are not first time offenders. While reforming criminal justice remains a necessity, that reform MUST include more severe accountability for repeat violent offenders
There are too many carjackings in Philly & it seems like there is such a surge, from one year to the next. I just read that yesterday, someone tried to carjack a person, though was fended off, but then fled in a stolen car! That is why I lock my doors when driving at all times.
